Due to a new flagship commercial office shell & core project in Central London - details confidential due to client discretion - they are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery of this major design & build scheme. 10+ years of experience within MEP Building Services delivery.
A strong electrical bias, with understanding of broader M&E coordination.
Demonstrable experience delivering £20M+ electrical or MEP packages end-to-end.
Track record with Tier 1 or leading specialist M&E contractors.
Confident in fast-paced, design & build project environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.Responsibilities / Skills & Experience

Full project lifecycle leadership for electrical delivery on large-scale M&E schemes.
Oversee design integration, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Drive programme, commercial, and quality performance across electrical scope.
Manage subcontractors, site supervisors, and interface with design & commercial teams.
Maintain strong relationships with client representatives, consultants, and Tier 1 main contractor.
Ensure all works comply with building services and electrical regulations, CDM, and health & safety standards.
Represent the business with integrity, professionalism, and technical authority at all stages of the project.Remuneration Package

Basic salary up to £110,000 (DOE)
