We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work in a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Tipton. This is a great opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience across different settings.

About the Role:

* Delivering engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum

* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment

* Adapting quickly to different school settings and year groups

* Following lesson plans provided by the school and ensuring continuity of learning

* Marking work and providing feedback where required

* Upholding safeguarding and school policies at all times

The Right Candidate Will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

* Have a strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum

* Be confident in delivering lessons across different key stages (experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 is desirable)

* Have excellent classroom management and communication skills

* Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

* Be passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development

* ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
