We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead operational HR delivery and support strategic people initiatives. Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy while ensuring effective day-to-day HR management.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance and solution-focused cultureOversee recruitment, employee relations, pay & pensions, policies, L&D, and wellbeingAct as a trusted HR business partner to senior leadersEnsure policies and procedures remain compliant with employment lawDeliver insightful people metrics to support workforce planning and decision-makingLead performance management improvements and organisational development initiativesChampion engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing across the organisationEnsure mandatory training compliance and strong governance
What We’re Looking For ? CIPD Level 5–7 or equivalent experience? Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations? Proven experience in HR management and business partnering? Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills? Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change effectively
