UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Techno-Functional Lead Consultant

We are currently supporting a leading global technology and consulting organisation in their search for an experienced UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Techno-Functional Lead Consultant to join a major workforce management transformation programme.

This role will involve working on large-scale UKG implementations and support environments, helping deliver configuration, enhancements, and technical solutions for enterprise clients with complex workforce structures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions configuration and solution delivery

*

Configure Business Structure, Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting

*

Support modules including:

*

Timekeeper

*

Accruals

*

Leave

*

Attendance

*

Workforce Genies

*

Calendars

*

Data Access Control

*

Custom reporting

*

Design and maintain work rules, pay rules, break rules, and exception rules

*

Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide production support

*

Create custom reports and assist with data migration activities

*

Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions

*

Support incident, change, and problem management processes

*

Develop and maintain technical documentation

Required Experience

*

8+ years of experience with UKG / Kronos solutions

*

Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions

*

Hands-on experience with configuration and support environments

*

Experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)

*

Experience working on large enterprise implementations

*

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*

Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Preferred

*

UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM Certification

*

Experience in customer-facing consulting roles

*

Experience supporting large retail or multi-site organisations
