• 1:1 and group support for pupils with complex needs (PMLD, ASC, MSI, sensory impairments)
• Planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
• Behaviour management strategies
• Record-keeping and communication with parents/professionals
• Collaborative teamwork
• Excellent communication skills

Essential:

• Enhanced DBS check (child & adult)
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma
• Experience supporting children with complex needs

Preferred:

• HLTA qualification
• Experience with non-verbal communication
• Moving & handling experience
