* £40,000 base salary

* £5000 call out retainer

* Call out (1 in 5 weeks - Ave £8K+)

* Optional overtime (Ave £10K+)

* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

* Pension - Company contribution 3% - Personal contribution 5%

Required: NVQ Level 2 qualification & good working knowledge of plant rooms, HIU's, district heating and commercial systems.
