An inspiring opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Head of Physical Education (PE) to lead a thriving department at a well-regarded secondary school in Ealing. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader to drive participation, foster a love for physical activity, and ensure excellent progress in sports and health education for all students.

The Role

The Head of PE will:

* Provide strategic leadership and management for the entire PE department.

* Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and the quality of teaching and learning across KS3-5.

* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated PE teachers and sports coaches.

* Organise and manage a broad range of extracurricular sports activities and school teams.

* Promote a culture of healthy living and active participation across the school community.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an exceptional PE teacher with QTS/QTLS and proven leadership experience who:

* Possesses an outstanding track record of improving student engagement and achievement in PE.

* Demonstrates strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
