Account Manager / Business Development - Aberdeen - up to 45K+Uncapped Bonus

We are assisting with the recruitment of an Account Manager for a Freight Forwarding company that have recently expanded from England into Scotland. This company are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can generate new business from the get-go with an excellent bonus structure in place. Initially, the role will be just bringing in new clients and client leads from an existing portfolio and then in time, moving to maintaining your client base.

The Job role:

As Account Manager you will be responsible for:

* Generating new business - customer appointments, cold calling etc

* Customer retention

* Handling the coordination of Freight

* All operational aspects of Import and Export movements

The Requirements:
To be suitable for the position of Account Manager you will ideally have the following:

* Experience in Freight Forwarding is essential

* Experience in creating and processing import / export documentation

* Knowledge of quoting and invoicing clients

* A portfolio of client leads would be advantageous

* Experience of working to sales targets

The Package:
The successful candidate for the role of Account Manager will receive the following package:

* Salary of between £30K - £45K DOE

* Excellent UNCAPPED bonus structure

* 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays (Rising after 2 years)
