As Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, reviewing work prepared by junior staff, and liaising directly with clients and partners. You will be expected to provide both technical and commercial insight, helping clients navigate complex audit and financial matters while developing your own leadership skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit assignments for a range of clients
  • Support the Audit Managers and Partners with client relationships
  • Review and supervise work prepared by junior team members
  • Ensure audits are completed in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and added value to clients
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of audit and accounting principles
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Passion for delivering high-quality service to clients
