Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Contract: Permanent

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter/Joiner to join our client's team at their manufacturing site near Dover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a supervisory role within a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and organise day-to-day and weekly production activities.

* Carry out all aspects of carpentry and joinery work.

* Oversee the making of fire doors, window frames, panels, and other joinery products.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in carpentry/joinery.

* Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

* Skilled and competent in all joinery tasks.

* Own transport is essential due to the rural location (no public transport available).
