Are you an experienced payroll professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a successful and well-established business based in High Wycombe, is looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join their friendly and supportive team.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of both monthly and weekly payrolls, while supervising a small team of two. You'll be the go-to person for payroll queries and escalations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Payroll Manager in the day-to-day running of the payroll function.
Supervise and mentor a team of two payroll administrators.
Process high-volume monthly and weekly payrolls.
Administer occupational schemes, salary sacrifice arrangements, and flexible benefits.
Act as the escalation point for complex queries.
Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation and company policies.About You

Strong in-house payroll experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge and practical experience of salary sacrifice and benefits administration.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills
Confident communicator with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
