Operations Supervisor

Our client is a privately owned manufacturing business supplying electronic components into a wide variety of sectors. With a long history and a reputation for client delivery and offering opportunity for career growth and opportunity - we are currently looking to recruit into a key development role of Operations Supervisor.

You will be responsible for working alongside the Operations Director, to further develop and improve productivity and operational effectiveness. You will hold responsibility for:

* Production order management

* Productivity & performance

* Team Management

* Diagnostics & Production Analysis in meetings

* Capacity Planning

* Process Improvement

* Quality Management

This role would suit someone capable of stepping up into a supervisory role as much as someone currently fulfilling one. The key for the business is to find someone that has the drive and motivation to deliver value and improves overall effectiveness. If you feel you can add far more in an operational setting, we will support your ideas and the development of those, the implementation and further development of you as a potential future Manager and Director of the business.

Electronics knowledge would be greatly beneficial, but we would equally consider someone that has worked in a fast paced manufacturing environment that has a foundation of operational experience we can grow.
