Pay rate: $14.00 / hour + $100 Bonus

Daily Job Duties
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring customers have a pleasant experience. Day to day job duties include:
- Taking inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries
- Providing professional customer service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Additional tasks as needed
- At least 6 month’s experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Interpersonal skills
