Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate educator with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities? A dedicated and inclusive Wigan-based SEND primary school is seeking an inspiring teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a permanent basis.

This is a confidential vacancy, advertised on behalf of a well-established and nurturing primary school catering to pupils with complex needs. The successful candidate will join a highly committed staff team focused on delivering personalised, high-quality education in a supportive and respectful environment.

The Role:

You will:

  • Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs.

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and foster a safe and inclusive classroom.

  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic development.

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with families and carers.

  • Contribute to a school culture that prioritises pupil well-being, progress, and independence.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - applications welcome from ECTs and experienced teachers.

  • A genuine commitment to SEND education and inclusive practice.
