Full-time: Permanent | Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am-2:30pm
(Some flexibility including occasional night shifts may be required)

Key Responsibilities

*

Conduct workplace health assessments and monitor compliance with health & safety standards

*

Identify and address potential health risks to prevent issues proactively

*

Support return-to-work processes for employees on long-term sick leave

*

Deliver comprehensive health reports and recommend reasonable adjustments

*

Provide immediate care in case of illness or injury at work

*

Travel between sites to carry out assessments and support site-level health initiatives

*

Advise on and help update internal health and safety policies

*

Maintain accurate, confidential records of health matters and incidents

*

Oversee and manage occupational health supplies

What We're Looking For

*

Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong clinical foundation

*

Occupational Health experience (ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings)

*

BSc or MSc in Occupational Health preferred

*

Skilled in assessments, reporting, and employee support

*

Personable, adaptable, and confident across a variety of workplace environments

*

Full UK driving licence required (site travel involved)
