Finance Manager

Birmingham (Newtown) - office based

£40,000 - £45,000 p/a DoE

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a family-run, rapidly growing, training provider in the Newtown area of Birmingham. They are looking for a Finance Manager to head up their day-to-day financial operation.

This is a standalone position that requires someone that has the ability and passion to still do the day-to-day tasks, but also the ability to do budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Duties and responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include (but are not limited to):

Day-to-day running of financial operations
Full ownership of the invoicing process
Full purchase and sales ledger accounting
VAT returns
Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting duties
Credit card reconciliations, expenses, and credit control
Play a key part in the strategic financial running of the business
The person:

Finance management role within SME environment
Enjoys the day-to-day 'nitty gritty' of finance in a standalone role
Experience within a family run business is desirable
Experience with Sage 50.
Happy in the office 5 days a week.
