As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process. This is a sales-driven, people-focused role where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day will include:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing, headhunting, and networking to find top talent
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts
• Reviewing CVs and screening candidates
• Preparing candidates for interviews
• Negotiating and closing job offers
• Hitting targets and earning commission

• Graduate (2:2 or above preferred) or strong sales background
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Highly driven, resilient, and motivated by financial success
• Organised, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Team player with the ambition to progress quickly

• £25,000 basic salary
• Year 1 OTE: £25,000 – £40,000
• Year 2 OTE: £40,000 – £70,000
• Year 3 OTE: £70,000 – £100,000+
• Uncapped commission
