Commercial Property Solicitor
My Client are a CQS accredited practice with an established history. They are straight forward in their approach to delivering excellent customer service. They are now looking to add to their already established and fantastic team with the addition of an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner.
It is essential that the you can demonstrate high standards of client care in order to retain and develop the commercial conveyancing department. The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload to include:
- Sales & Purchases
- Landlord & Tenant
- Overage agreements & conditional contracts
- Complex registrations
- Agricultural Law
In addition, the ideally you will make an active contribution to business development, building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole, together with generating new business amongst local businesses, agents, developers, housing associations etc.
You will be a qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4 years PQE and will be expected to manage and expand the team's monthly caseload from local clients undertaking a wide range of commercial property transactions.
The firm are a CQS accredited firm and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring their continued accreditation with CQS.
