A chance to join a leader in the pharmecuetical industry. The company is a powerhouse in the pharma world and are a company that strives to provide breakthrough therapies and inovations for healthcare globally. This is a chance for an experienced AR Manager / Finance Operations Manager to join the business and manage a team of 4 in AR, Credit & AP - acting as a bridge between finance operations and the wider finance function.

About the role:

• Accounts receivable management - leading the AR function, minimising bad debt, managing and developing credit controllers / AR team members, leading credit limit reviews
• Support AP Assistants
• Leading local payment transactions, treasury interactions, overseeing local treasury tasks, supporting cashflow forecasting
• Compliance & Tax regulatory support
• Supporting with monthly / quarterly financial statements

About you:

• Experience in successfully managing an AR / AP team
• Experience in managing large debtor ledgers - Ideally circa £100m
• Experience in intercompany interactions
• Qualified ideally - AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA
