Salary: £26,000 per year

Hours: Monday-Friday, full-time

Our client, a well-established company based in Maidstone, is seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team on a full-time, office-based basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive environment, providing first-class service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in Italian and English
Provide accurate product and service information
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain up-to-date and accurate recordsRequirements:

Fluency in Italian and English (spoken & written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate with good organisational ability
