Product Manager - Mobile Device Management (MDM) and End User Devices (EUD)

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Product Manager for an initial 6-month assignment with an option to extend.

Location: Hybrid working - London / Milton Keynes / Glasgow

The ideal candidates will hold active SC clearance and have a proven Product Management background, with the following skills/ experience:

Proven experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and End User Devices (EUD) Product Management within a Live Services environment.
Proficiency in ensuring the quality of MDM and EUD, with a focus on continuous service improvement.
Experience and knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) within secure environments in Defence, Nuclear, or Central Government.
Experience in integrating ITSM policies and processes into product workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow.
Experience in product delivery, applying Prince2 principles, performance management, and requirements and process analysis.
Ability to collaborate effectively with service partners, user researchers, and engineers to understand user needs and preferences.
Knowledge of Business Case writing (Green Book) is highly desirable.To apply, please submit your updated CV for consideration
