Order Management Specialist .
📍 Didsbury, Manchester | 💼 Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote

The Role
We're seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic EAME Logistics & Order Management team. This role is perfect for someone with order processing or supply chain experience who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end order processing, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining accurate data in SAP, and collaborating closely with market and supply contacts to resolve issues quickly. You'll also have opportunities to develop your skills in forecasting, process improvement, and logistics expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily order processing, delivery creation, and customer data updates in SAP

Ensure orders meet on-time supply performance and customer service standards

Proactively resolve supply or order issues with internal teams

Support value-add projects in forecasting, logistics, and process improvement

Share information across the EAME Logistics team to drive success

About You

Degree in Business or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience in order management or commercial roles, ideally in chemical or pharmaceutical industries

Knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules (O2C/D&C processes)

Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

Fluency in English (additional European language is a plus)
