Salary: £19240 - £20280/annum

Norvic Healthcare is a family run business based in Taverham operating in the Care sector. The business covers Homecare, Fast Track Palliative Care and 1:1 care.

We currently looking for a Finance & HR Assistant to be part of our team but who can work well on their own and work within our values - Nurture, Openness, Respect, Valued, Integrity, Compassion.

The overall duties of the Finance & HR Assistant are to support the Operations Manager in providing a professional service to all Carers and office staff including processing timesheets, invoicing, contracts, employee recruitment and administration.

Duties will include:


· Ensure all timesheets are processed and appointments confirmed

· Checking contracts

· Filing / Scanning


· Assist with end-to-end recruitment process

· Conduct initial screening, telephone and face-to-face interviews

· Update Recruitment tracker ensuring all relevant paperwork has been obtained

Other duties

· Assist when required with care co-ordinating

· Be part of the weekly / monthly on-call rota


· An excellent Team player with good Communication skills

· Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook

· Good Organisational Skills

· Excellent Customer Care skills

· Positive Mind Set
