You'll take the lead on commercial management from start to finish — including cost control, NEC contract admin, subcontractor procurement, CVRs, and client engagement. This is your chance to own your projects and make a measurable impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Overseeing multiple civils & energy projects
✔ Managing project budgets and timelines
✔ Handling NEC3/4 contracts and commercial reporting
✔ Engaging with clients, suppliers, and delivery teams
✔ Driving change management and procurement strategy
What You'll Bring:
✅ Proven experience in civils-focused Quantity Surveying
✅ NEC contract expertise
✅ A commercial qualification (or equivalent experience)
✅ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
