We are looking for dynamic, energetic, success driven and motivated individuals in the North and South of the UK to join our exciting and ever developing Workforce Solutions Business Division.

Focusing your time and attention on national, onsite and multi site accounts developing strong, long lasting relationships delivering our unique service offering and partnerships to clients.

Reporting to our Chief Executive Officer, you will have the full support of the business to help you be as successful as possible given the resource to deliver results, in your way. You will be playing a huge part in the next phase of our business growth and support the strategic direction of the company.

Main Duties:

* New business and existing multi site/national opportunities.

* Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets & Bespoke marketing campaigns.

* Tech advancement support.

* Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth- managing overall sales pipeline

* Establishing performance goals for sales team and monitoring performance on a continual basis

* Monitoring aged debt on a proactive basis with staff, co-ordinates with Credit Manager and Finance to secure payment and improve on debtor days

* Providing leadership and direction to the day-to-day operations of the sales department

* Seeking and targeting new customers and new sales opportunities & Delivering sales by developing relationships with prospective partners

* Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

* Acting as an ambassador for the business

* Working to increase market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities

* Developing and/or maintaining business relationships with all customers & Gathering and maintaining information on competitors, whilst having a complete understanding of their clients.

* Gathering and analysis of sales statistics to determine business growth potential

* Liaise with the Marketing team in terms all Marketing related strategies including e-marketing.

Experience and Skills Required

* Proven track record for growth at a National level & Previous experience in the recruitment industry is essential & Experience of temporary recruitment agencies is advantageous.

* Ability to forge new relationships with a hunter mentality.

* UK driving licence.
