Following a recent discussion with the Head teacher at our partner secondary school, it has been highlighted that they could benefit from the support of a Behaviour Support Mentor after Christmas. Behaviour Mentors employed at our client school will be required to work on a 1:1 basis with identified students who may otherwise struggle to engage within a classroom environment.
You will play a vital role within the school to ensure that lessons operate smoothly, and students are able to complete all of the work set by the teacher. You will be supporting students who display challenging behaviours, encouraging positive classroom behaviours and guaranteeing that these identified students are causing minimal disruption to the learning of their peers.
Our client school is in Bury. The school currently has around 60 pupils on roll and was graded 'Good' in their most recent Ofsted report. It has excellent public transport links to via Bus or Car.
