About the Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a peaceful, person-centred environment. Your role includes conducting supervisions, contributing to care planning, coaching support workers, and applying the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model to enhance residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee personal care and promote dignity and independence.
Conduct supervisions and appraisals for support workers.
Role-model and apply PBS techniques.
Collaborate with the team to reduce behaviours of concern.Skills & Attributes:

Experience in a senior care role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Organisational skills and teamwork ability.
UK Driving Licence preferred.Education & Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
