Are you a passionate and engaging Religious Studies teacher dedicated to fostering critical thinking, empathy, and an understanding of diverse beliefs and values in young people? Our Outstanding school in the energetic borough of Hackney, London, is seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Teacher of Religious Studies to join our dedicated and successful Humanities department from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 (GCSE), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level) within the culturally rich and diverse context of Hackney.

In this rewarding full-time role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Cultivate Religious and Philosophical Inquiry: Deliver inspiring and effective Religious Studies lessons across all key stages, fostering a deep understanding of different faiths, worldviews, ethical frameworks, and philosophical concepts relevant to contemporary society and the diverse perspectives within Hackney.

* Develop Analytical and Evaluative Skills: Equip students with the ability to interpret religious texts, understand theological concepts, analyse ethical dilemmas, and construct well-reasoned arguments.
