Proactive Personnel is partnering with a leading logistics company to recruit a Highly Motivated & Skilled Fleet Workshop Manager to join their dynamic and fast-paced team.

Pay: £52,000 - £60,000

Shifts: Monday - Friday, Day shifts

Fleet Workshop Manager Duties:

* Oversee vehicle breakdowns and ensure full compliance with operator licence requirements

* Provide Health & Safety leadership across all workshop activities

* Manage the on-site Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU), whether operated internally or via external partners

* Evaluate and optimise fleet maintenance strategies for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness

* Supervise sub-contracted services and negotiate favourable terms and rates

* Ensure all equipment is safe, operational, and readily available

Fleet Workshop Manager Requirements:

* Full Clean Driving License.

* Fleet or Workshop Management experience (5+ years).

* National or International CPC Required.
