They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone dedicated to making a real difference in children's education. As a HLTA, you will collaborate closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning across a range of subjects. You will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing tailored support for individuals and small groups, and helping create a positive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring high levels of student engagement and progress
Provide focused support to individual pupils and small groups, both inside and outside of the classroom
Support classroom management and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
Address the pastoral and emotional needs of pupils, promoting well-being
Prepare learning materials and assist with the assessment and tracking of student progress
Deliver targeted interventions for children with additional needs
Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, parents, and other stakeholders

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
