Zest Education London is working in partnership with a secondary school in West London to appoint a dedicated Year 7 Pastoral Manager for a September 2025 start.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting students as they transition from primary to secondary school, ensuring they are well-cared for, motivated, and supported both academically and emotionally.

The Role

As Year 7 Pastoral Manager, you will:

Provide pastoral care and guidance for all Year 7 students, supporting their transition from primary school

*

Be the first point of contact for behaviour, welfare, and attendance concerns

*

Work closely with the Year 7 tutor team, SEND staff, and senior leaders

*

Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies where necessary

*

Promote positive behaviour, high attendance, and emotional wellbeing across the year group

*

Develop strong relationships with students, families, and external agencies
