White Label Recruitment are currently working exclusively in partnership with an engineering manufacturer that are based in Bradford. This extremely well established and successful business are well-known and well-respected in the industry. They are now looking to take on a Estimator / Internal Sales person.
Responsibilities
* Receive enquiries via telephone and email
* Evaluate specification documents drawings for the quotes (full training will be provided on this)
* Preparing quotations
* Sending quotation to customers
* Compiling technical submittals
* Manage multiple quotes at one time
* Communication with customers
* Processing orders
* Working with line manager and other departments to comply and improve company processes
* Providing ad-hoc support as needed to other departments
Skills and Experience
* Have a strong background in Internal Sales/ Sales Support producing quotations
* Must have experience working with engineering / mechanically engineered production quoting for these
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
* Strong degree of attention to detail
* Able to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines
* Proven work experience in a similar role
Salary & Benefits
* 37.5 hours per week
* Flexi time and early Friday finishes
* Hybrid working up to 2 days a week from home
* 25-days holiday p.a. plus Public Holidays
