The Role

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will learn all aspects of residential property sales while working alongside experienced negotiators and branch managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Building relationships with vendors and buyers
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
• Generating new business and identifying valuation opportunities
• Supporting senior negotiators with sales progression

You will receive structured training and ongoing coaching to help you become a successful Negotiator.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, ambition, and a genuine interest in property.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong motivation to earn commission and exceed targets
• A professional and confident manner
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
• A full UK driving licence
