We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations on a commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on-site

*

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

*

Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines

*

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies

*

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

*

Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades

*

Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently

*

Train and mentor apprentices and electricians

*

Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications

*

Gold ECS

*

SSSTS

*

5+ years of commercial electrical experience

*

Previous supervisory or foreman experience required

*

Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes

*

Ability to read and interpret construction documents

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

OSHA certification preferred

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
