We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Key Stage 3 Teacher to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) secondary school on a temporary basis.

• Teaching a range of subjects across KS3

• Supporting students with SEMH needs in a small class setting

• Working closely with a supportive team of staff, including teaching assistants and pastoral leads

• Delivering engaging, tailored lessons to meet the needs of individual learners

• Managing behaviour positively and consistently

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience working in SEMH, SEN or PRU settings (preferred but not essential)

• A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• A passion for inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners
