Teachign Personnel are seeking multiple full-time teachers for a variety of roles in our Cambridgeshire schools for the Summer term and beyond.

We are supporting schools with both short-term and long-term staffing needs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. These roles are ideal for teachers looking for consistent work, career progression, or the opportunity to secure a longer-term or permanent position within a school.
A full UK driving licence is desirable due to the range of school locations, but not essential.
The Role As a Primary Teacher working through Teaching Personnel, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
- Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
- Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment
A Typical Day May Include
- Planning and delivering lessons tailored to your class
- Differentiating work to support pupils of varying abilities
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Marking work and providing constructive feedback
- Supporting pupils' academic and emotional development
- Attending staff meetings or school briefings where required
- Working closely with colleagues and support staff
Who We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Recent and relevant experience teaching in UK primary schools
- A confident and adaptable teaching approach
- Strong classroom management skills
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
