Operations Administrator

Salary: £30-35,000

Our client is looking for an Operations Administrator with a good technical knowledge to join their friendly service team.

Key Requirements

- Experience in a technical industry/working with engineers

- Excellent customer service skills

- Experience quoting technical works

- Excellent communication skills

Main Responsibilities:

- Scheduling of engineers work via the CRM system

- Prepare quotes

- Service administration tasks

- Deal with incoming calls from customers and engineers, troubleshooting and solving technical issues
