Vehicle Technician - Blaydon

Our client, a leading Commercial Vehicle specialist recognised across the UK, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team in Blaydon. Work schedule: Monday to Friday (42.5 hours) with one in four Saturday morningsDuties: 

Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repair work on vans, light commercial vehicles, and cars
Apply technical knowledge as a Vehicle Technician to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues effectively
Adhere to manufacturer specifications and health and safety regulations
Ensure customer vehicles are returned to the road promptly
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Use own tools for repairs (own set of tools required)
MOT testing experience is desirable but not essentialRequirements of this Vehicle Technician role: 

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance or City and Guilds equivalent
Proven ability to work to a high standard as a Vehicle Technician with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong commitment to health and safety compliance
Full UK driving licence
MOT licence is desirable but not mandatory
