I am working with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) at a pivotal stage of expansion. Who don't just fix IT; they architect business resilience. We are looking for a high-caliber Account Manager / Sales Specialist to join the team and drive the commercial bridge between our technical excellence and the clients' business goals.
This isn’t a "volume-dialling" role. It is a position for a sophisticated sales professional who understands that in the MSP world, retention is the foundation, and strategic upselling is the growth engine.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Act as the primary strategic lead for a dedicated set of existing accounts, ensuring high retention and identifying white-space opportunities.
- Consultative Business Development: Lead the full sales cycle for new business, from initial discovery and scoping to closing high-value service contracts.
- Solution Alignment: Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to translate Cloud, Cyber-Security, and Infrastructure solutions into tangible business value for C-suite stakeholders.
- Forecasting & Strategy: Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts to the Leadership Team.
The Profile- Sector Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven success within an MSP or IT Services environment.
- Strategic Mindset: You are comfortable discussing ROI, Risk Mitigation, and Digital Transformation, not just "speeds and feeds."
- Commercial Acumen: A track record of hitting and exceeding GP targets through both new business and account expansion.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with both technical leads and business owners.
