Lead Mechanical HVAC Engineer - Full-Time, Permanent

We're seeking a skilled Lead Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join our team on a full-time (40 hrs/week) permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical healthcare environments while enjoying a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively maintain, repair and inspect mechanical building services

*

Lead on regulatory and HTM-compliant HVAC maintenance

*

Complete PPM and reactive tasks across AHUs, chilled/potable water systems, A/C units and more

*

Support minor installations, upgrades and fault-finding

*

Work collaboratively with a strong customer-focus

*

Participate in the callout rota (after qualifying period)

What You'll Bring

*

Experience in complex maintenance environments

*

Strong HVAC knowledge (AHUs, water systems, A/C, etc.)

*

AP Ventilation qualification (advantage)

*

Pipefitting experience (desirable)
