We're hiring for a HR Manager to join a purpose-led, growing organisation based in Warwickshire.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth processes, strong compliance and a consistently positive employee experience across the business.

What will you be doing as a HR Manager?

* Overseeing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, documentation)

* Maintaining accurate HR data, systems, and records (HRIS)

* Supporting payroll inputs, benefits administration and reporting

* Ensuring compliance with employment law, policies, and governance

* Acting as a key point of contact for employee queries and support

* Driving process improvements and operational efficiency across HR

* Supporting internal initiatives focused on engagement, culture, and employee experience

* Managing documentation, SOPs, and internal guidelines

* Contributing to wider people projects and system improvements

What will you need?

* Previous experience in a HR or similar role

* Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation

* Experience using HR systems

* Confident handling confidential information
