Regional Manager - Renewables / Decarbonisation / M&E Projects

We're seeking an experienced Regional Manager (or Senior Project Manager) to lead renewable energy, M&E, energy efficiency, and decarbonisation projects across Wales. You'll oversee the full lifecycle - from identifying opportunities and winning bids, through design and construction, to long-term operations.

What you'll do:

Lead tenders & proposals with estimating, design, and commercial teams

Manage regional budgets, margins, and KPIs across multiple projects

*

Drive innovation (smart energy modelling, off-site manufacturing, supply chain partnerships)

*

Build and maintain strong client relationships

*

Mentor and develop high-performing regional teams

*

Ensure compliance with H&S, equality, and company standards

What you'll bring:

Proven record delivering complex / multi-site M&E or renewable projects as Principal Contractor

*

Strong financial & commercial management skills

*

Regional management and team leadership experience

*

Background in building services, renewables, energy efficiency, or decarbonisation
