This organisation operates as a public-private partnership and re a prominent player in their financial field, operating from their Head Office in central London.

Description

The Risk Analyst will report to the Head of Risk and will support the implementation of the Risk management Framework. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining business risk registers and control library.
  • Supporting the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the risk management software.
  • Acting as the the first point of contact for general risk management queries.
  • Supporting the development of data analytics capability, providing valuable insights to inform risk management decisions.
  • Assisting the Risk Manager with the implementation of the assurance framework through carrying out thematic reviews and control assurance.

Profile

The successful Risk Analyst will be someone who is a Graduate (ideally in a Economics, Business, IT degree) who is keen to pursue a career in risk management. Ideally you will have had some exposure to working in an Insurance/Risk role for 6 -12 months and have an understand of Risk Management Frameworks.

Strong Excel skills are essential and exposure to PowerBI would be desirable.

Any understanding of Orange Book experience would be beneficial.

Job Offer
