Customer Account Manager c£20,000pa + Incentives + Benefits including pension and private health schemes, life assurance and more. Altrincham, Cheshire Dulux Decorator Centre is looking for ambitious customer service professionals to provide product support and service experience from our Altrincham Support Centre. If you have gained customer service experience in a busy retail or sales environment and are looking to develop your sales skills further in a business that will encourage your input, the business that will welcome your ideas and act on them, is Akzo Nobel. As a Customer Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with our customers, the store network and our National Sales Team by working to support them and providing a bespoke customer service to ultimately maximise sales opportunities. You will also proactively promote our business by proactively contacting current and potential customers, ensuring procedures are followed and orders processed accurately and on time. High professional standards, an ability to work towards sales targets and a passion for great customer service are vital. To succeed you will need experience of delivering a high standard of customer service within a sales driven environment. A track record of achieving sales targets would be an advantage. You will understand the importance of getting details right first time and be totally customer focussed. Highly numerate, you will possess excellent communication, sales and IT skills as well as an eye for detail. You will enjoy the challenge of working to tight deadlines, solving problems and juggling changing priorities in a fast moving sales environment.
