Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year + Overtime

We are looking for an experienced Laminator Operator / Production Operative to join our busy manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, safety, and efficiency are key.

As a Laminator Operator, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality laminated products. We welcome candidates with previous laminating, printing, or manufacturing experience who are motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Key Responsibilities

Operate laminating machines and associated production equipment safely and efficiently

*

Monitor and maintain product quality to meet production and quality standards

*

Set up laminating machines for production runs

*

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

*

Inspect laminated products for defects and ensure consistency

*

Work with the production team to meet daily production targets

*

Follow Health & Safety regulations at all times

*

Maintain accurate production logs and reports

Experience & Qualifications

*

Previous experience as a Laminator Operator, Printing Operator, or Manufacturing Operative

*

Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

*

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery

*

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

*

Flexible and willing to work shift patterns if required

*

Good communication skills and team player attitude
