Job Title: Customer Coordinator
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Office-based, near Woolston
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Supporting customers with enquiries and orders
Processing, coordinating, and tracking customer orders
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries
Updating customer, product, and pricing information on internal systems
Delivering excellent customer service and supporting wider team objectives
About You
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and customer service skills
Well organised with great attention to detail
Experience in customer service, trade, or construction is advantageous but not essential
