As a Restaurant Manager, you will help provide leadership to your employees in all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. The position reports to the General Manager and may supervise up to 20+ employees per shift with direct responsibility for all operations during your shift.
Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, good people skills, cooking skills a plus.
