Blanchard Wells is looking for an experienced SHE Manager to lead our Safety, Health & Environmental function within a leading Civil and RC Frame Contractor.

You'll manage the SHE team and support our operations by:

* Carrying out site safety inspections, audits and incident investigations

* Reviewing internal and subcontractor RAMS

* Delivering toolbox talks, safety campaigns and H&S training

* Supporting ISO and industry accreditation renewals alongside our Quality team

* Producing SHE related Board reports

About you:

* 5+ years' experience in construction Health & Safety

* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate

* IOSH Managing Safely

* Full UK driving licence
