A trusted client of REAKT Recruitment has enlisted us to help them find an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Engineer (Level 2) to join them in their Manchester office. They are a technology provider of Managed Print Solutions, supplying the North of England equipment such as Canon, Xerox and Olivetti Multi-Function Print Devices.

Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Engineer include:

* Resolve client copy/print/scan issues from help desk to level 1 and 2 standard

* Remote LogIn ability to assist and fix customer print driver issues and scanning to email/folder

* Administration of Print Audit software including housekeeping and generating reports

* Liaising with field-based technicians and providing necessary information for a speedier fix

* In house I.T support to office staff

Skills Required of the Helpdesk Engineer:

* 2nd Line Support

* MFP/PC/Network Troubleshooting

* Remote desktop support

* Excellent telephone manor and customer service skills

* Good working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS

* Experience working within a Service/Helpdesk environment.
