Delta Personnel is searching for a Working Supervisor in SO31 or the surrounding areas

We're after an experienced Working Supervisor to support our client on current water projects. This role is hands on, you will be managing a small team of operatives while also getting involved with the work yourself.

Job info/duties

* 50 hours paid per week

* Supervising Labourers and working alongside Civils operatives

* Assist with the preparation of sites including unloading and suitable storage of building materials/plant

* Review documentation and ensure working methods have been agreed

* Ensure team has the correct PPE

* Report all defects

* Deligate tasks to the team

* Liaise with management

Must-Have

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* Valid CSCS card (Client can assist in renewal)

* EUSR Water Hygiene (Client can assist with this)

* Experience in Civils, Utilitiies or similar

* Digger or dumper tickets are an advantage
